1. How often should I wash my hair?

There is no single answer to how often people should wash their hair. This usually comes down to personal preference. For guidance, check your hair type and styling choices. People with very fine hair, frequent exercise (and sweating), oily scalp or living in very humid places can wash their hair every day. But in fact, some of our customers only wash their hair once a week. As long as they don't have scalp problems, this seems to be fine. This may be due to cultural reasons, or it may be due to hairstyles.

2. Does washing hair cause hair loss?

If you are using the correct type of shampoo and hair care products, the answer is no. Before we discuss this topic, we should understand that our hair is constantly regenerating in the cycle of growth, rest, and eventual shedding. Each hair goes through an active growth phase (growth phase, 90% of the hair on the scalp is in this phase), degeneration phase (Catagen) and static phase (rest phase, 5-10%). In this phase, the hair remains in the scalp, but ready to fall off). Generally, we lose 80-100 hairs every day, which is considered healthy.

You may be most noticeable when you comb your hair or after washing your hair. This is because 5-10% of hair is in the resting phase. When you do or comb your hair, the hair in the resting period will fall out.
Washing your hair every day helps to release telogen hair so that new hair can replace them. People who do not wash their hair frequently, such as only once or twice a week, may see more hair fall out when washing their hair. But this should not justify the misconception that frequent hair washing will cause hair loss. On the contrary, daily cleaning of hair and scalp is necessary to remove dirt and oil, while helping to create a healthy environment for hair to continue to grow. There are many different shampoos to choose from. You need to match the shampoo to your scalp condition. 3. How to use shampoo?

Shampoo is a cleanser. It contains ingredients called surfactants and cleansers that help remove oil, sweat, dirt, product residue and environmental pollutants from the hair. Soak your hair completely with warm water instead of hot water. Spray a small amount of shampoo on the palm of your hand. Apply it on the scalp and massage until lather. Apply shampoo to your hair, but pay the most attention to the scalp. Rinse hair and scalp thoroughly.

4. How to use conditioner?

Traditionally, conditioners contain natural oils, proteins and plant extracts that help keep hair soft, shiny and smooth. After rinsing, they leave a film on your hair to protect it. For traditional conditioners, you can rinse off with water after shampooing. Here are the steps:
1. (Rinse off after shampooing) Spray a small amount of conditioner on your hands.
2. Massage it to the length of the hair, avoiding the scalp.
3. Put the conditioner in for about 3 minutes.
4. Rinse hair thoroughly.
5. After showering, use a towel to gently dry the hair.
For some new forms of conditioner, such as Revivogen conditioner, in addition to hair, you can also massage it on the scalp. For specific instructions about the product, please see the separate instructions for each product.
