1. Thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water
2. Lather about 2milliliters of shampoo to wash their hair - that’s the same as half full teaspoons of shampoo in your palms
3. Massage the shampoos to the scalp and the root of the hair
4. Rinse out all of the shampoo with lukewarm water
