Scar Gel – Kids dermatix
 

Ingredient:

Cyclopentasiloxane (CPX) - an innovative silicone gel technology.  CPX improves wash off resistance and makes the gel easy to apply and quick to dry – reducing the risk of accidental ingestion among young children.

Vitamin C ester - another key ingredient, Vitamin C ester, is more quickly and easily absorbed into the skin than other types of Vitamin C – further enhancing the effectiveness in lightening, flattening and softening children’s scars.

Function:

CPX acts as a protective barrier to prevent transepidermal water loss, which brings the overproduction of collagen back into balance – preventing further formation of the scar. Meanwhile, Vitamin C ester is absorbed into the skin, which lightens the scar.

Suitable and gentle on delicate skin, ideal for children aged 3 months and up.

Works best on fresh scars (less than 2 years). For best results, apply as soon as the wound has healed.

Direction:

Apply Dermatix® Ultra Kids twice daily for 3 months on minor scars, and 6 to 9 months on burn scars or surgical scars.

It is suitable to continue using as long as continued improvements are seen.

suitable for use on sensitive and allergy prone skin

Precautions:

You only need a small amount of Dermatix® Ultra Kids to cover the scar. Extra amounts will simply be wasted and may increase drying time.
