Spatone is a naturally sourced iron-rich water from Snowdonia, Wales.
Each sachet provides you with 5mg of iron to supplement your iron levels.
Gluten free; Suitable for vegetarians;
Function:
The iron helps release natural energy and maintain a healthy immune system.
Spatone Apple has a delicious apple flavour as well as added vitamin C, which helps with iron absorption.
Direction:
Spatone can be taken straight from the sachet, or with juice high in Vitamin C. We recommend a single sachet in the morning on an empty stomach, ideally 30 mins before breakfast.
