2. If I am taking medication, how long should I wait before taking the supplement?

If you have any health conditions, it is recommended to consult your doctor, whether these supplements are suitable for you, and how to use them. In general, it is recommended to separate supplements from other medicines or herbs for 2 hours.

3. When should I take supplements during the day?

In general, there are special instructions for the intake time of supplements. For example, the pharmaceutical company Abbott recommends that Heptral should be taken with a glass of water on an empty stomach. It is also possible to take Heptral after taking fructose and liquid-rich fruits. However, if you take Heptral after eating oily foods such as eggs and meat, the absorption will be affected.
Generally, we suggest that for water-soluble vitamins (such as vitamin B&C) and antioxidants (such as zeaxanthin and wild blueberries), you can take it with a glass of water in the morning or with fruit juice. In general, water-soluble vitamins and supplements are most easily dissolved and absorbed in the presence of large amounts of water or water-soluble fructose.
In contrast, fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K are better absorbed when consumed with meals or snacks that contain at least one teaspoon of fat or oil. Therefore, it is recommended to take these foods that usually contain natural fats or oils after lunch or dinner. Some supplements are designed to calm the nerves and help sleep. Including lemon balm, melatonin, ReviveYou Sleep capsules. It is recommended to take it before going to bed.
